Prepare the Item
Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a pickup date with our specialized furniture logistics partners or provide instructions for drop-off.
Quality Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
